5. Shipping & Delivery
KZ Emporium delivers orders across Pakistan.
Our standard delivery time is 3–5 working days after an order has been confirmed and processed.
A delivery charge of PKR 200 applies to orders below PKR 5,000. Orders of PKR 5,000 or above qualify for free delivery.
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather conditions, remote-area deliveries, or other circumstances beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Eligible products can be returned within 3 days after delivery, subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
Approved refunds are provided in the form of vouchers/store credit only. Cash refunds or direct bank/card refunds are not available.
